Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order. Whether it didn’t fit, wasn’t as expected, or you simply changed your mind — we’re happy to help.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • It should have all tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Personal care and hygiene products (e.g., Statues, Buddha, Peacock)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-returnable

  • Gift cards


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Keep the product unused until we resolve the issue

Our support team will investigate and offer a replacement, refund, or credit as per your preference.


Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and approved, we’ll initiate a refund within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, wallet, etc.)

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account or digital wallet after verification


Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange your item if:

  • The product is available in stock

  • The exchange request is made within the return window
