Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details.
When your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Time & Delivery
We deliver across India through trusted delivery partners.
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on location)
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Remote Areas: 5–9 business days
You can track your order anytime here using your Order ID.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee may apply (shown at checkout).
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we’re working on it!
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order
Share your Order ID and photos (if applicable)
We’ll resolve it quickly — via replacement or refund, as needed
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make 3 attempts to deliver your package.
If unreachable, the order will be returned to us, and a re-shipping fee may apply.
