At Grandproduct, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details.

  • When your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link to monitor your delivery.


Shipping Time & Delivery

We deliver across India through trusted delivery partners.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–9 business days

You can track your order anytime here using your Order ID.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee may apply (shown at checkout).

  • International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned — we’re working on it!


Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Share your Order ID and photos (if applicable)

  • We’ll resolve it quickly — via replacement or refund, as needed


Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make 3 attempts to deliver your package.

  • If unreachable, the order will be returned to us, and a re-shipping fee may apply.
